President

The President is the democratically elected leader of the Allied Terran Systems. The position holds the powers of the executive branches and serves as the Commander of the military branch. The President is largely viewed as a figurehead position, though it is intended to be a check of the individual residents of the Allied Assembly against the power of the Allied Assembly.

Appointment

A vote is taken by a third-party governmental organization of the citizenship of the entirety of the Allied Terran Systems to ensure that every citizen is allowed a singular vote to elect the official of their choice.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The position ends upon the natural termination of their service or upon a Vote of No Confidence by the Allied Assembly that must be instigated by the Grand Power (and subsequent removal) of the Leader of the Assembly.
