Triad
The Triad is the supreme ruling council of the Krasian Meritocracy and is composed of three key figures, each overseeing a distinct aspect of Krasian society and governance. There are 3 total positions, 2 Ministers and the Accolade. The Accolade will consistantly rotate to each of the Ministers which will remove the acting Accolade from the Triad, shift that Minister into the position of Accolade, and either require a unanimous decision among the triad or, should that fail, require a vote among Krasian Citizens for the replaced Minister's position to be filled.
Accolade
The Accolade is the presiding member of the Triad and serves as the ultimate authority within Krasia. This position rotates every three Galactic Standard years, emphasizing the temporary nature of power within the Meritocracy. The Accolade is the official spokesperson of the Triad, responsible for making decisions on crucial state affairs and serving as the central figurehead of Krasia. This position is both prestigious and challenging, requiring the Accolade to navigate complex political landscapes, maintain diplomatic relationships, and ensure the smooth functioning of the Krasian government.Minister of Glory
Responsible for all military operations, peacekeeping efforts, and the defense of Krasian Territories & Krasian Colonies, the Minister of Glory plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the interests and security of the Meritocracy. They oversee Krasia's formidable military forces, including the impressive fleet of patrol ships, battlecruisers, and carriers, as well as the elite Krasian soldiers known for their disciplined and efficient approach to warfare. The Minister of Glory ensures that Krasia remains a formidable force in the galaxy and is always prepared to protect its interests.Minister of Progress
In charge of research and development, exploration, education, and the advancement of Krasian society and humanity, the Minister of Progress focuses on the growth and improvement of the Meritocracy. This position oversees scientific endeavors, technological innovations, and educational programs that drive Krasia's continuous development. The Minister of Progress plays a vital role in shaping the future of Krasia, pushing the boundaries of knowledge, and expanding the Meritocracy's influence throughout the galaxy. The Triad conducts meetings and deliberations at a central council chamber with a unique rotating table, symbolizing the transient nature of power within their society. The Krasian Meritocracy relies on this tripartite leadership to maintain stability, prosperity, and dominance on the galactic stage.
