Menhir w/ hole through it. Continually burning fire inside hole.   Under the offerings, in the dirt, layers of sheep and goat bones   When viewed from the west, in the morning, the outline looks sheep like

Treat as Fortune Telling from 2.6: Equipment. Silver lights = good reading, purple lights = bad reading.   Boon for giving a offering = free Grit Die if the right type (goats & Sheep)   Penalty for stealing offering? All Checks get a +d4! to Risk

    Black Brothers

    Is visited weekly by members of the Black Brothers to offer sacrifices to keep on the goddess's good side but they simiplifically don't try to read the lights.

    Prensuchdt, Kystinlagir, Barony of Meedt

    Sailors from Prensuchdt, Kystinlagir, and the all consider the silver lights to be good luck and the purple lights to be bad luck.
