The remains of a battle between the Great Griffin of the peaks and Protector Ryth. Their bones, and her weapon, are still there.
The harpies of the Maiden's Nest know of the legend of the Remains of the Great Griffin and worship the Great Griffin as their father.
The Wuchdtilfin's chief has a cloak of griffin features. These feathers are way larger than a standard griffin. They have a legend that it was gifted to them by their gods. It is actually from the Remains of the Great Griffin which they stole.
From the top of Ingil's Column you can just make out the glint of Protector Ryth's weapon at sunset.
