Kingdom of Vadaton
The Kingdom of Vadaton is one of the greatest kingdoms to exist after The Destruction of The Droteron Empire. The Kingdom is known for it's fearsome armies and legendary rulers.
Structure
The Kingdom is ruled by the Eagle King. There are 5 provinces in Vadaton: Ateodal, Vailolum, Acreosta, Arouvalon and Melolan. Ateodal is ruled by the Eagle King, the 4 others are ruled by Grand Lords. They answer only to the King. They have control over their respective province and also have a region to call theirs. All the provinces are divided in regions. These regions are ruled by Lords. Regions are made up of several castles, cities and villages. Castles are usually the home of the Lords and can be used in times of need to shelter villagers. Villages are maintained by a Village Elder. They are elected by the villagers.
Government is performed by officials that are selected by the Grand Lords of the King.
History
Vadaton is a land that has been shaped by it's conquerors. It began in 476 AD. Then, Ateodal was ruled by several Kings, who elected one among them to lead. They were called 'The Horn Kings', the name is derived from the god they worshipped, which was said to be a man with a deer's head and antlers. One day, some decided to raid a people that lived in the Lycara Valley, which seemed to them as heretics and infidels. They were lead by a man called Ateon Valonan, a 27 year old. During one of their raids, The Horn Kings caught Ateon's sister. They raped and took her as a concubine. Ateon was furious. Luckily for him, his people had enough. Under Ateon's leadership, they revolted. It took long 3 years, but Ateon succeeded and won against the Horn Kings. He searched for them and killed every single one he could find. He found his sister, who had been mistreated so, and had given birth to two daughters during the time of the war. The year was 479 AD and Ateon's people crowned him King. He became Ateon I Valonan, Eagle King. Many of the followers of the Horn Kings swore fealty to him, and the others that didn't wouldn't dare challenge him ever again. A large portion of Ateodal came under his rule. He didn't expand the Kingdom at all during his rule, but tried to be a good man. He passed away peacefully in 520 AD. His son, Arpton succeeded him. He adopted many of his father's ways, but had a fascination for magic and it's properties. in 532 AD, at the age of just 52, Ironwalkers tore through their home fortress, killing many people along with him. Some say that the reason it happened, was because of the many Eazor artifacts Arpton found on expeditions, and Ironwalkers were drawn to their magic. The Line was not broken. His youngest son, Crixon survived and became the next Eagle King. Along with the entirety of Ateodal, Crixon fought the Ironwalkers. Thousands died, but they succeeded and the Ironwalkers fled. Without spilling any blood himself, Crixon conquered Ateodal by respect. The Kingdom spanned all the way from the Westenmountains to the Horizon Mountains in the east. Crixon passed away at the age of 61 in 569 AD. The title went to his son, Agron I.

Mythology & Lore
It all started with a Titan, called Altegr. He had a birdcage, a massive birdcage. In it, he kept 3 Great Eagles. Pratae, a male. Hlesi, a male, and Aladhar, a female. Hlesi and Pratae fought over Aladhar to mate. Their fight destroyed the cage, crushing the Titan under it. The cage's magical powers unleashed and broke the eagles free. However, Hlesi was torn into time. Pratae became the embodiment of matter and Aladhar was released, unscathed. She layed her eggs al over the sky and Pratae brought life to them. Some became bright, some sheltered life and others hatched. Aladhar and Pratae had several children, one of them was Hyrcanus, The Great One. He is the Eagle God of honor and glory. He in turn had a number of children with Tanenar, godess of PLACEHOLDER.
Divine Origins
The religion came to Ateodal after many different people looked at the nightsky and saw a number of nebulas in the shape of eagles. Their months are named after the gods.
