Blanche Devereaux

Blanche Devereaux is a elderly lady who lives on the outskirts of Lumiose City towards Route 4. She appears in Tres bien! Life in the City of Light! as Mige and Crystal are leaving Lumiose to head towards Santalune City. She tells the two that she can't head to the city because her moped is broken-- which Mige fixes for her. She thanks the duo by giving them some fresh baked bread.
