Limited Series

Limited Series are comprised of a smaller amount of episodes than a typical series and often run for about as long as a typical singular chapter during a normal season. They can either be serial and focusing on one plot such as Indigo League Victors or a collection of episodic episodes such as Indigo Stories or Pokemon Quest.  

Pokemon: Indigo Stories

Indigo Stories was the first limited series and is a collection of stories that take place in Kanto during Mige's journeys throughout Pokemon: The Indigo Chronicles. Many of the characters that would compete in the 2019-2020 Indigo Conference would have their origins shown or be introduced in this series. It is mainly comprised of episodes showcasing the adventures of Corrin Grey and Tim Fisher.

Pokemon: Shades of Grey

Shades of Grey continues the stories of Corrin Grey, previously featured in the first chapter of Indigo Stories. He is joined by Janine Otsuka and Greg Jackson as the three travel together as Corrin collects badges and prepares for the Indigo League.

Pokemon: Indigo League Victors

Indigo League Victors is a crossover series and conclusion of The Indigo Chronicles. Mige reunites with all of his traveling companions from throughout the series as he, Tim and Zoey prepare to face of many other trainers from around the world before eventually competing against the top 32 of the season. It contains 16 episodes and is the bridge between Indigo Chronicles and New Horizons.

Pokemon: Quest

Pokemon: Quest is a series of 16 episodes showing what many of the contestants of the previous Indigo Conference did after the league. Many of the episodes have a more slice-of-life feel to them. Although originally it was to act as a companion to New Horizons, it was replaced by Pokemon: Seasons.
