Celosia's Pre Series History

Celosia was born to a poor family in Brackish Town. She has always been tight-lipped about why she left home at such a young age, though it is known that her parents are both dead.
She lived on the streets of Lumiose City for years, stealing wallets and food at first. With time, she began using a hacked laptop to steal money out of ATMS. As time went on, rumors of a 14 year old being behind one of the largest ATM scams in the city’s history caught the attention of the police—and also the attention of Lysandre.
He found her before the police did. He brought her to Cafe Lysandre, and after a bit of discussion he ended up taking her in as his apprentice and ward. He gave Celosia more resources and training in the hope of turning her ingenuity and her natural talent for electronics toward something productive.
By early 2020, Lysandre Labs became the main target of Team Relic. They started off with harassment and turned to violence. Celosia and the other three apprentices were sent on the gym circuit by Lysandre, and Celosia recognizes that while he claims it’s to help them grow strong and see the world, Celosia recognizes that the largest factor in that decision was Lysandre wanting to keep them away from facilities likely to be the biggest targets for Team Relic.
Unlike the other apprentices, Celosia is extremely excited for the journey.
