Supervisor Mence

Supervisor Mence first appears in Enter: Tiki Tim and Martini Mige as he and his Machop collect tickets from the two. He appears throughout the S.S. Anne arc though is only prominently featured An S.S. Stowaway. He returns in New Horizons in the episode A New Horizon to collect tickets from Mige and Bill.
In An S.S. Stowaway Supervisor Mence is investigating a shortage in food supplies and suspects a stowaway may be on board. He asks Tim and Zoey on various occasions if they've noticed anything peculiar however the two lie and defend Remi from getting caught by the supervisor.
