The Dwarven Mountains
These are the vast mountain ranges of the north, they are split between an eastern dendorian half, and a western dwarven half.
Both of these halves are rich in metals and are known for their content of mithril, a most are metal.
Mountain Life
While the dwarves have conquered the mountains and made them their home, the dendorians are mere tourists in the peaks, they visit when they can but struggle to make a permanent home in the perilous heights.
This is further reinforced by the presence of Goblins, who call these mountain ranges their home. In the dwarven half, the Goblins have been driven deep into the mountains, but in the dendorian half they are able to settle freely, the humans unable to project power in such highly elevated lands.
