First Lieutenant Sabain Stormheart
Sabain Stormheart has a particular quirk that is generally incompatible with her position in the military: she is all but compelled to do nearly anything she’s told not to. Her insubordinat nature has prevented her from climbing the ladder any further despite being over-qualified for a promotion of several ranks. She doesn’t mind that she is repeatedly passed over - she feels her rank is ideal. Any lower and she’d be subject to more frequent orders; any higher and her little rebellions wouldn’t be so easily ignored. Still, her natural defiance has her questioning her place in The Queen's New Army, as more and more unbearable laws are passed down from the Queen Atop the Mountain. Sabain is directly above Girdana Leadbraid and Moltir Wraithguard.
