The Lucky Goblin
The employees of The Lucky Goblin are actually from the Feywild, and wandered into Thera by accident. While they are content with their current location, they would very much like to return home if possible. The goblins don't know the conditions to activate the fey crossing on this plane, but they know where at least one is located.
The Lucky Goblin is a tavern notable for two things: first, it is a traveling carriage enchanted to be bigger on the inside. Second, it is staffed entirely by goblins. No one knows where the little green folk came from or how they got their extra-wide carriage past the narrow chokepoints of Serpent's Way, but they have been traveling the streets of Faldihr for seven years now. The goblins do not speak a lick of Dwarven or Common, but seem to understand their customers' orders just fine. (In fact the goblins speak Sylvan, but no one seems to have picked up on that just yet.)
The Lucky Goblin makes frequent stops to pick up customers. A small bell is rung, and the regulars know to pick up their drinks to avoid spilling them. The workers frequently squabble - as goblins are wont to do - and when real fights break out, patrons are quick to place bets on the winner. This is the real draw of the establishment, for - despite boasting a number of strange and exotic meals - the food and ale is average here.
No one goblin seems to own or manage the establishment, but a few notable employees include Drork, the chef; Gluk, a bartender; Weaz, a server; and Zild, the driver.
