High-Sky Commander, PWA

The High-Sky Commander, also abbereviated as HSC is in command of an Air Group in the Protecting Wings of Arasil.
Each HSC has under his command 2-4 Sky-Captains as his duty as commander of an Air Group.

Appointment

Every HSC must be from either of the orders: Order of the Platinum Lion or Robes of the Platinum Conclave.

Responsibilities

The HSC is in charge of overseeing regional air forces and coordinating with ground forces.
