Lord Ruairí O’ Cualin is the Magistrate of Cualin Village. He is considered to be inexperienced and incompetent, and he became the village's magistrate by popular vote of the village's council. In the Principality of Sabersycha and the Diarchy of Peraserasia, he is mostly known for his uncharacteristically eloquent plays, The Dragonborn who Loved Mud and the sequent The Dragonborn who Loved Freedom.
