Tassin Frallon

Tassin Frallon was the fourth Judge of Aluda'ar. He was best known for his attempts to reach armistice with The Free Marches. He was a diplomat first and was told to be true judge of She'eros, who had shown great wisdom in court, life and economical decisions.
However, his true greatness, was in founding the tax system of the people of the Holy State of Aluda'ar and having all the clans united in the decisions for making sure they fund the Holy State's endeavors.
It is speculated that Tassin was poisoned by Sofel or maybe Astradise just before they signed the armistice.
