During Ernius, Eilistraee had gone with Erevan Ilesere and freed Vhaeraun, essentially destroying its essence and creating new divine spark in the attempt in the Astral Plane with the help of Soryna. This caused Vhaeraun Dogma and tenets to be changed - becoming aligned with Chaotic Neutral in place of Chaotic Evil.   In addition and far more important that the effect of his freedom as described in Second Transformation of the Elves
