Stormkeep Bastion

Stormkeep Bastion is the headquarters of Aramore's city guard, the Argentan Waves. Located in the center center of the Glassridge District, it houses the main barracks, the Waves' training grounds, and the city armory.

Description

Stormkeep is a hexagonal ragstone tower surrounded by extensive training grounds, all enclosed by a wrought iron fence that keeps unauthorized members of the populace out. The tower itself stands far taller than any other building in the district, and is decorated with several blue banners depicting the crest of Aramore. Moss and vines have grown over the walls in many places.

The uppermost floor of the tower houses the office and private quarters of the High Constable of Tranquility.

History

Stormkeep Bastion was built sometime around 67 LE to serve as a base of operations for Aramore's Argentan Waves regiment, notable becasue the base was constructed so many decades after the creation of the Waves.
