Aejiaghoh Space Elevator

Large space elevator constructed on Aejiaghoh, the Ikagohoh homeworld.
The space elevator is currently the only structure of its type in service of the Ikagohoh Clan. However it is highly important as it gives the planet very easy access to space travel. Due to this, the Clans plan on constructing more on several locations of their planet and on some other planets which they own. This space elevator is powered by fusion reactors placed on the planet below, and can also send energy to space via a large auxiliary electrical cable. This means that it is sometimes used to charge stations and drones that are powered by battery or capacitors.
However the risk is that if the cable holding the station at the top is severed it could well collapse down to the world below under gravity and fling the orbiting station into deep space. To help mitigate this, the stations come with large, strong escape pods which could be moved towards the planet below and theoretically survive re-entry. The large cable has mechanisms which can cut the cable placed every 50 m or so. In an emergency situation, they can make thousands of cuts in the cable making it a much less dangerous threat.
