Ikagohoh Clan
A faction residing in the Arcturus galaxy.
Their military starships most commonly rely on fighters to deliver long range firepower. As such, they spent the technological development effort to put high power weapons on their fighters such as railguns and laser cannons. To counter enemy fighters and missiles, their ships are equipped with powerful CIWS weapons. They did this specifically because not much else can easily hit a target from longer range than fighters or missiles.
In terms of military strength and technology they are considered a powerful faction, but not superpower status like Republic of Miasi or Alti Dominion.
The Clan is still ruled by a king / queen. This person is elected by the popoulation, but rules for their entire life (unless handing over power) and is mostly absolute. The monarch cannot designate a successor, though.
Due to their authoritarian nature, they have become an ally to the Alti Dominion.Culture
The Clan still has tribal tendencies. Many still hunter-gather, but they have built their own factories and society. Their technology is entirely built by the Clan itself. Because of this, the Clan has what is classified as an arrested culture, which is one that goes through little change.
