JH-73 Jet Aircraft

A large airplane as used by the Alti Dominion. The JH-73 is armed with a large amount of missiles and various TDD boosted chainguns. 
The craft has several small fusion reactors and fusion based jet engines allowing the craft to reach mach 20 despite the use of the very strong and heavy alti dominion alloy. 
The need for a rapid strike jet aircraft that could also take a small volume of fire from lasers or projectile weapons came about when fighting Omadan jets. Alti jets however will never compete with Omadan ones in terms of speed as the latter has inertial neutralisation field technology. 
To counter enemy missiles, it is also equipped with flares.
As landing with this form of aircraft can be difficult, it also has a dedicated landing software which calculates the optimal angle and takes control of the craft.  
Although one could simply target the crew cabin to down the craft, it is armoured in it's own compartment and very difficult to destroy alone. Additionally, the crew can eject for extra safety. However, the cockpit is far too small for a Traxilax to use. Instead they get other species to fight for them. 
The aircraft is reliable in many, though not all conditions. It can safely land on carriers (though not space carriers as that requires going above its operational ceiling of 100 km), but too much dust in the jet might cause it to explode and ground the jet.
