Personal history
Ghita was born to Princess Rania Argoni and Luchio Scaris, a very wealthy merchant that had been visiting Solir on business with the Prince himself. There was an affair between them in the Palace, and they were caught by the Prince himself. A huge altercation ensued, during which Luchio pushed the Prince to the ground. Luchio was taken by the Palace guards and imprisoned for an entire summer, after which he was exciled from the Principality by Rodin III. During his trial, it was explained to him that the only reason he wasn't being executed for assaulting the Prince was that Rania was pregnant with his child.
Rania showed no motherly affection to the girl, seeing her only a few times a month. She was raised almost entirely by governesses and ladies-in-waiting chosen by her grandmother, Princess Eve Carrel. Both Ghita and her sister, Gia, were well educated and lacked for nothing but an unblemished connection to the Royal House of Argoni.
