Golaria is a free market ruled by a administrative merchant guild. The merchant guild collects a 20% taxes on all goods sold within Golaria. These funds go to building additional structures and providing defenses.

Golaria seeks to gain wealth and invent tools to bolster its strength and remain an independent province of Koi. A secondary goal of Golaria is to research the nature of the Boiling Sea and harness the energy within.
