Altin

Altin is a High Elven nation that lies in between the incredibly magically advanced Aurbus and the nearly tribalistic peoples of the Red Quagmire. These peoples seceded from Jingling and have become a sort of rogue nation to the north, although they possess a number of benefits that allow them to remain independent from the southern nation that would surely reclaim them given an opening. Many of the peoples of Altin immigrate to Aurbus to become powerful wizards and casters in their society and so Aurbus and Altin have a defensive pact, stopping nearly all aggression against the two nations. Furthermore their western border and most of their southern border are two nations that much prefer to focus inwards that any sort of planned expansion, and so non-aggression pacts as well as strong trade treaties to Pillar and the Red Quagmire keep Altin amply fed.
Altin is known for its strong naval presence, relying on constructs or mercenaries from the Red Quagmire or Pillar to deal with skirmishes on the border of Jingling. Their sleek vessels are known as the dragon fleet, their massive ships seem to glide through the water carrying Altin marines all over the oceans. The Altin fleets specifically fall into conflict and are at war with the Sahuagin, they possess a special type of breathing apparatus that appears to be made of ceramic and organic materials combined, when placed in the mouth it becomes a symbiotic organism, attaching tendrils down into their throat and drawing nutrients from the host while letting them convert water to breathable air, this allows the Altin to commit to war against the Sahuagin. However, the sea elves find their High Elven cousin's claim of dominion over the sea to be arrogant, and Altin and the Sea Elven Kingdoms have rather sour relations.
The governmental system of Altin is based on a monarchy that claims divine right to rule from the gods, this mandate from the gods is also claimed by the Emperor of Jingling, and so the two monarchs are both claiming the right to rule the same territory and the same right to rule.

Stormwing Falcon

Their keen eyesight and lightning-fast dives make them formidable hunters, targeting enemy combatants with lethal precision. The Stormwing Falcons are revered by the Altin people, embodying the spirit of freedom, resilience, and dominance over the vast oceanic expanse.
Celestial Lotus
