Shezarr, God of Darkness and Shadow
God/Goddess of Darkness and Shadow
One of the most ancient gods in the pantheon, they represent the void, nothingness, darkness, and shadow. They appear to their followers as just that, nothing. A voice from the shadows, encompassing darkness across their visions, they generally refuse physical form. It is said that they both love and hate Tempus, God of Time for making the rules of the passage of time and bringing the beginning to their void, and some say The Three/The Hecateae are the children of the two of them. Shezarr has a specific hatred of Sol-Ra, God of the Sun and has tasked their child Anlene, God of the Night with battling them. Shezarr is regularly worshiped by those who travel the void between worlds, as its protector, though some view passing through the void as akin to passing through Shezarr themselves. They are personally battling a cold war against Kilo, God of Magic, as Shezarr has created the shadow weave, a form of magic that does not rely on the weave of Kilo in order to cast spells. Shezarr is also worshiped as a creator god by denizens of the shadowfell and those who live there say the world they reside in was created by Shezarr.
