The Tsaeci Empire
This empire is mostly made of of large grasslands, steppes, and deserts. The civilization living here is mostly made up of Dragonborn that are said to have descended from the stars, though they call themselves the Tsaeci, the other races have nicknamed them dragonborn due to their similar appearance to dragons. The Tsaeci are ziggurat builders and their cities are known to be constructed of large pyramids surrounded by towns, even the smallest villages are known to make a small pyramid with observance to the stars. Observatories are common place in this civilization. They have a strained relationship with the surrounding nations, having conquered several smaller nations in the past. Their capitol is a massive pyramid split into four quarters, the interior of the pyramid seems to be hollow and tiered with many levels, buildings lining up throughout the levels of the massive ziggurat.
There is little arguing that the Tsaeci are one of the species that came during The Arrival, and it is said that even compared to the Giff of Gotburg and their military technology, that the Tsaeci were the strongest fighters of all to invade Tirestir. Their stories tell of multiple arks of Tsaeci arriving from the stars, carrying with them their hopes and dreams, and although some were lost in transit, the warriors of their people arrived in force, and cut themselves out a huge empire from the Xosutan Empire that inhabited the area. It was the Tsaeci that finished the war by conquering the capitol of the Xosutan Kingdom, and killing their emperor, although they didn't hold the capitol forever.
Despite their legends from coming from the stars on massive arks there is little evidence of these arks on the surface of Tirestir, although some artificers say that the giant ziggurat capitol of the Tsaeci is the hull of one of these arks merely repurposed. This belief quickly spread through the Tsaeci once it was determined, and it is now a point of pride among their people, and with the large labyrinthine catacombs below the city still mostly unexplored, they now regularly hire adventurers to delve below, to find evidence of this theory.
The Tsaeci are still a quite militaristic people, and it is a point of pride among their people that their military be "Beyond doubt" meaning that although their empire has no current plans to expand, beyond potentially finishing off the remnants of the Xosutan, that their military is strong enough that no other nation on Tirestir would ever consider challenging their autonomy. The Tsaeci are also home to a large adherence to the faith of The Stellar Theocracy, but the common church of the gods of Tirestir still dominate much of the population, with these two faiths at odds tension within even the smallest villages over which faith is correct is not an uncommon sight. The Tsaeci people are also a major importer of goods from across the world, with traders from every corner of the world gathering in the ports of Tsaeci to buy, but mostly sell, products to and from the Tsaeci people. One strange rivalry that the Tsaeci people have in the world is with Ophidium. Despite many people lumping Dragonborn, Yuan-Ti, Kobolds, and Lizardmen into a single group due to being scaled species, the Tsaeci see themselves as above all of their contemporaries, and see the other scaled species as perversions of their perfect form.

The Starcrest Gryphon is a majestic creature that soars through the skies of the Tsaeci Empire. Its scales shimmer with celestial hues, reflecting the light of the stars. These gryphons are highly revered by the Tsaeci and are often associated with the heavens, embodying the strength and grace of the empire's dragonborn warriors.

Zephyrbloom is a unique flowering plant that thrives in the desert regions of the Tsaeci Empire. Its petals are delicate and translucent, resembling miniature ethereal wings.
