Mai is a 10 year old asian girl with brown eyes and short, black, choppy hair. She shares a lot of similarities to her brother Tadashi, but since they are fraternal twins, they are not physically identical. She tends to dress in boy clothes and will refuse to wear anything cutsie or dresses. She is often mistaken for a boy, especially when she's with her brother.Personality
Mai is a tom boy, who isn't into overly feminine things. She's out going, loud, boisterous and tends scheme pranks on her siblings with Tadashi as her willing (or unwilling) partner in crime. She tends to get carried away with her competitiveness, like that time she challenged her cousin Kibo to an eating contest and made herself sick.Relationships
History
Mai and Tadashi are the closest of the siblings, obviously due to them being twins. They were born together, grew up together, shared birthdays and toys and clothes. Even though they are very different to each other, they are each other's best friends, and they get up to a lot of shenanigan's together, Mai often being the one behind their chaos.

Mai finds Kaito to be a fun older brother to hang out with but even more fun to tease. His quiet nature makes him a fun target for prainks and jokes. She loves her brother though, so she would never take her jokes too far as to be cruel.
History
Mai thinks her big sis Emiko is the coolest person in the world, and aspires to be like her when she grows up. Emiko has always been protective of all her younger siblings but Mai and Tadashi specifically she's been extra protective and affectionate for. She encourages Mai to be herself and express herself in whatever makes her happy, and not to let societies standards hold her back from being happy.
