“So you guys practice martial arts too, right?” Ryuji continued. “And Uncle Yoshi is your teacher?”
“Yeah, Chichi taught us everything we know,” Raph nodded.
“Is he a good teacher?” Ryuji asked. “I’ve heard some insane stories about Uncle Yoshi. He’s a master ninja, right?”
“Mmhm,” Leo nodded. “He could win against anything.”
“So, which of you is the most skilled?”
Raph, Donnie and Mikey all pointed at Leo, who blushed slightly. “I train the most,” Leo admitted sheepishly. “I want to reach the level of skill my father has, one day.”
Ryuji grinned eagerly, leaning forward in a way that made Leo nervous.
“We should duel!”
“What?” Leo blinked.
“A duel,” Ryuji repeated. “To test our skills against each other!”
Synopsis
Leonardo goes exploring around the house and finds their private dojo, where he meets his cousin
Ryuji for the first time. Ryuji is beyond excited to meet him as he'd heard so many great things about
Hamato Yoshi. He decides he wants to duel Leo and test his skills against his, which he accepts after Ryuji teases him.
The duel does not go as expected however, as Leo is not used to fighting as a human, and gets his
Cloaking Brooch knocked off in the middle of the fight, revealing himself to be a
Mutant. the
Hamato's in attendance immediately assume Leo is a
Yokai and
Hisashi prepares to kill him, when the others step in and reveal their true forms, including Splinter, his son. It's only his mother
Yoko who is absolutely confident that Splinter is her son and commands everyone to stand down and put their weapons away.
