Elf

Elves are a race of Fey creatures originally native to the realm of the Feywild but long since settled in the woodlands of Aldorath. When the Seven Kingdoms were founded, they were officially recognized as the keepers of the lands now called Faerinwold.
Unlike their cousins, the Eladrin, the elves do not consider themselves in exile, for they left the Kingdom of Eldanor long before. They are no longer permitted to enter so deeply into the Feywild, but this is of no concern to them. They had already been living in Tol for many centuries by the time of The Feywar  , and at the end of the war, they swore that their home would always be in the world, and not in some half-remembered realm. They remain very strong allies to the eladrin-in-exile, and they share a mutual hatred of their darker cousins, the Drow.
