Hurly

Hurly is a Bugbear who used to work at the Witchlight Carnival and the twin brother of Burly. Unlike his thoughtful and philosophical brother, he is more prone to sudden anger, violent action, and general viciousness. He never fit into the Carnival life, and no one was surprised when he vanished. Burly was disappointed, of course, and he misses his brother terribly. In 1091 SKR, the Witchlight Court discovered that Hurly was at Motherhorn, having made a bargain with Endelyn Moongrave and lost his shadow. They secured his aid to defeat the Hag, helped him retrieve his shadow, and aided him in leaving to return to the Carnival.
