Lancier Blackwillow

Captain Lancier Blackwillow is a Halfling Fighter from Dalenshire. She is the commander of Otter Company and the owner of the river-ship Damselfly. Her son, Luthier runs the ship on her behalf. She is a veteran of the War of the Three Heads, the War of the Broken Chain, and the Battle of Worldbreaker's Howe. She favors her rapier, a light lance, and riding her war-mastiff.
