Luvarex

Luvarex was a Balor and a General in the Blood War. He was eerily charismatic for a Balor and often visits the City of Brass seeking to recruit Efreeti, Yugoloths, and others to their ranks in exchange for mortal wealth. His successful efforts were due to an amulet in his possession which some believed to be Illyria's Heart. Eventually, the Fire Wasps stole the amulet and got him banned from the City of Brass for lawbreaking. Later, they were sent by Dispater to the Abyss to assassinate the General. He was destroyed, and his essence was reabsorbed into the Abyss forever.
