Mr. Light

Mr. Light is one of the two managers of the Witchlight Carnival. Just as his partner, Mr. Witch is, he is a Shadar-kai. Despite this, he seems determined to use the Carnival to bring joy through the many worlds. In particular, his playful, flamboyant manner drives him to try to delight anyone who crosses his path.
Mr. Light is the more open and personable of the two partners, always dressing in bright colors or outfits covered with sparkling mirrors or gems. He acts as the ringmaster for the Big Top Extravaganza and hosts the crowning of the Witchlight Monarch. He always carries his greatest treasure, the Witchlight Vane. This spinning weathervane shows him the mood of the Carnival at all times, and it chooses the Witchlight Monarch based on who has done the most to spread joy and delight to the guests.
Just as Mr. Witch is, he is fiercely protective of the Carnival and the people that work there. His greatest fear would be to give up what they've built.
