Serua ap Al'ean

Serua Al’ean was an Eladrin Wizard who founded a school of magic in Tavanion. Little is known of her life, and she’s all but forgotten today. Indeed, because of the blue crystal towers that make up the school of magic she created, it is known today primarily as the Cerulean Academy.
