Nakvaligach Tribes
Northern Barrens
Nakvaligach, also known as the Northern Barrens, is located on the eastern Great Glacier. The tribes of Nakvaligach are usually the victims of the numerous clashes between the Angalpuk Tribes and the High Ice Tribes, on top of already living in a constant state of danger, being the territory most populated by strange beasts and undiscovered monsters.
Baseline information in regards to Nakvaligach can be found here.
Modifications to the actual lore include: Since as long as anyone can remember:A gigantic warhammer, which is believed to have been wielded by Bane, god of war and conquest, makes creatures more hostile and dangerous in the area.
1477 after the Great War:
The grounds surrounding the gigantic warhammer become the stage for the first large-scale battleground of the War of the Eclipse. The High Ice tribes and the Angalpuk tribes start slaughtering each others in a fight that lasts for many years and has yet to finish.
1494 after the Great War:
The Golden Company rallies the efforts of the scattered Nakvaligach tribes into a single assault against the invading forces. This allows them to claim Bane's warhammer and remove it from the land. This helped reduce the impact of the war on the Nakvaligach settlements during the following years, but not stop it entirely. There was still a lot more to be done. One of the leading heads of this survival effort is Ygritte, a woman from Bryn Shander .
