Smoke in the Rain is an agile, short, sleek, and slender Tabaxi with a coat of shimmering black fur that is speckled with faint grey spots. His long, thin tail twitches with excitement. He has cat-like eyes that are a bright yellow that sparkle with curiosity and intelligence. A small tear on his right ear adds a touch of ruggedness to his appearance. His large expressive ears are tufted at the tips, and are able to convey his emotions and his wide range of expressions. He is always dressed in comfortable clothes, often donning a tunic made of soft linen, fitted breeches and a pair of well-worn leather boots.
His overall appearance radiates a sense of adventure and wanderlust and he presents himself as a free spirit that loves to hear and tell tales of adventure, with his distinctive sense of humor and his friendly, pointed smile.
Smoke in the Rain is a curious, friendly, and very talkative Tabaxi, who is always eager to hear about the travels and adventures of the guests who stay at his inn. He is the innkeeper of The Long Road, in Landow that is well-known for its comfortable beds, delicious food, and lively atmosphere. He inherited the inn from his mother and has been running it for years. He is a skilled cook, often whipping up exotic meals, curtesy of his Raja'ri heritage, for his guests, and he's always eager to show off his culinary skills and is a natural host.
