The Long Road

The Long Road Inn is a warm and inviting establishment that exudes a sense of adventure and camaraderie. Located just outside of Landow's square, the inn is a beacon for those seeking a respite from the trials of the road.   The entrance of the inn is marked by a sturdy wooden marque over the door bearing the name "The Long Road", gently creaking in the wind. The door opens to reveal a cozy common room, illuminated by the light of the fireplace that crackles warmly in the corner. The room is filled with the sounds of laughter and conversation, and the smells of roasting meats and freshly-baked bread waft through the air.   The floors of the common room are made of flagstone, worn smooth by years of foot traffic, and the walls are adorned with tapestries depicting scenes of adventure and travel. Comfortable furnishings, such as sturdy wooden tables and benches fill the room, inviting guests to sit and relax. Smoke in the Rain, the Tabaxi innkeeper, can be seen behind the bar, pouring ale and wine from a variety of different cultures, chatting and laughing with patrons.   The Long Road Inn offers a variety of rooms for guests to choose from, each one clean and comfortable, with simple furnishings and warm blankets to keep them cozy during the night. Guests can choose from a simple bed chamber or one of the more luxurious private rooms.   The inn is known for its hearty, simple fare, such as stews, bread, and roasted meats. Smoke in the Rain, is a skilled cook and often prepares meals for his guests using fresh, local ingredients. The inn has a lively atmosphere, with patrons often entertaining each other with stories and songs.
