The Dwarves of the Thunder-Forge Clan, one of the first Great Dwarven Clans of Kalbela, a Clan of near a quarter million at its peak, burrowed their way through and into the Twin-tail Peaks when the Spine was still whole. Founding their ancestral hall of Valdoram, overlooking the vast Gold Plains, where they would begin their ascent as one of the greatest producers and arms and armor in Kalbela, although they would be one of the more open and explorative Clans in Kalbela's history due to their proximity and cultural ties to the migratory tribes in the Raja'ri Territories, while their forging secrets and techniques are still a coveted secret that few know and fewer dare to even attempt.   Valdoram would be one of the only Strongholds to survive the The Sundering in Kalbela.
