A once-great city located on the southeastern side of the Lake of Yath, across from where Baharna now stands. What is left of Tyrhhia hints at a great and architecturally beautiful city. Stone walls bear faded carvings and pedestals host great statues, now worn away with their features lost to time. Amidst the snow-dusted stones and collapsed walls, perched on a cliff overlooking Yath, only Wamps and Ghouls now dwell.
Some scholars have speculated that the Wamps are the remnants of what civilization once dwelled in Tyrhhia. Lost to corruptive magics or warped by nightmare, they have devolved into something which only grossly resembles their former Human form. Others suggest that the Wamps themselves were responsible for Tyrhhia's downfall. It is not hard to imagine that a sudden invasion of the pale creatures, with their bloodletting presence, could cause the collapse of a civilization. The truth yet remains unknown. As for the Ghouls, they have by their leader's own claim moved in long after the city's fall. A convenient symbiosis with the Wamps, who eat blood and leave flesh for the Ghouls, explains the continued presence in the ruined city.
There is yet more to Tyrhhia than meets the eye, and rumors of great treasures left somewhere in the city abound in nearby Baharna. Wamp hides themselves are extremely valuable, and their blood even more so. Beyond that, Hashinara Yoshitakatomo herself* witnessed something strangely powerful lurking beneath the city; a magical presence so great as to make itself known even aboveground to those with the sight.
