Xavier is Ronnie's older brother. and the oldest son of Vladimir and Kayako Legendere He likes to tease Ronnie about his crush on Luna. Xavier is the lead singer and guitarist in a band he and a few friends started for fun.

Personal history
In 2001 Kayako and Vladimir thought it was a good time to have children, and thus Xavier was born. When he was in high school, he and his friends started a band, for fun. That was also when Xavier became the playboy bad boy that Ronnie wants to be.

As of now, Xavier should be in college but the used to attend Twilight Academy like his little brother, Ronnie.
