Dieter Gunther is one of the trainee knights. He is in his 2nd year of training. He is Retter's self-declared rival and the Squire. Because he is from a noble family, he was able to start Knight training at the age of 7 and completed it at the barracks. in 1769 he became king.

Reign
in 1769, the public found out that Retter was responsible for the Lancelot Massacre and was usurped by Dieter. Edenstone is once again corrupt from Dieter's reign of tyranny which his descendants kept alive. Dieter also united the Lancelot and Günther family by getting several girls pregnant. He even kidnapped Topaz, got her pregnant, and used her children to get blonde offspring's. Dieter started his own breeding stock by using a granddaughter from Topaz.

Dieter was born into a noble family. He married Harmonia Argyris, a princess from Amaron Kingdom who would also be Edelmar's granddaughter. Together they had 5 children, 4 girls and a boy. Harmonia's mother is Belladonna Argyris, one of Edelmar's daughters. Like her mother, Belladonna was also very sexually active had quite a bit of children with different men. With her husband, she had 6 sons and a daughter. She had a son with her husbands half-brother.(Had the body of a girl but male genitals) Belladonna had twins with her husbands father and 5 children with the uncle. Dieter's mother is Elizabeth Clausen, the daughter of a lord. She married Dieter's father later than planned as she got pregnant.
