Moff Wilhuff Tarkin performs indiscriminate mass arrests, executions, and massacres of civilians on Antar 4, including pro-Imperial loyalists who had resisted the Separatist government, in order to make an example of worlds that resisted the Empire. Imperial fascism starts kicking off in earnest, with corresponding outcry as reporters, some aided by Berch Teller, report the truth that COMPNOR tries to hide.
