Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Rena is of average build. She has fair skin, black hair, and ocean/blue-green eyes. In many ways, she looks almost like Rohita did 140 years ago.
Identifying Characteristics
Rena has a red marking of mascara over her left eye. This was done after her 9 years of magical studies with Rohita. The mascara used was magically applied and can't be wiped or washed off.
Special abilities
Rena is a summoner and has been able to summon a heroic servant. This is accompanied by her being rather adept at magic.
Apparel & Accessories
Rena wears a blue-green peacoat, a beige shirt, and grey slacks. Sometimes she wears a green scarf that her great grandmother gave to her as a parting gift.
Specialized Equipment
Rena's magic focus is a wand that she carved and gem-embedded herself during the 2nd year of her training. She also carries a rather ornate wakizashi. She originally had an accompanying katana, but that was used as her summoning catalyst.

Personal history
Rena Lyndon Taisho II was born in Romashire City Bukatelia. Daughter of Rena Taisho I, Rena is a distant descendant of the Einfelds Settlement. Rena was born 19 years after the 6th Holy Grail War, the final one. For most of her life, Rena's life was mostly normal. However, at around 12 years old, she was sent off back to the Einfelds Settlement. There, she met her great grandmother for the first time. Her great grandmother, Rohita Taisho, revealed to Rena that she was actually a participant of the 4th Holy Grail War nearly 200 years ago. This knowledge greatly intrigued Rena. She was then given the decision to become an apprentice of Rohita. To become someone to carry the torch of Summoner magic. Rena accepted and was taken under Rohita's wing.
9 years of study and training went by and Rena was picking up on the ways of Summoner magic. She learned about servants, heroic spirits, magecraft, and the like. When she turned 21, Rohita believed that she was qualified enough to truly be deemed a Master. As a graduation gift, Rohita gave Rena a daisho set of blades. Rena was instructed to find the organization of Gaia-Stella. There, she could put her summoning powers to the test. She was told that the katana of the set was to be used as the summoning catalyst. Rena was entrusted to use her powers for the greater good. Ready for some adventure after 9 years of seclusion, Rena went off to find Gaia-Stella.
Upon receiving an invitation to Gaia-Stella's Osservatoria Primaria, Rena was allowed to summon a servant. That servant she would summon would be quite a surprise not just for her, but for the staff members of Gaia-Stella who've studied the 6 Holy Grail Wars. That servant seemed to have made a comeback, but not in the way they'd expect.
As of late spring of 641, Rena has more or less retired from working as a Defender of GS. Rather, she has taken up the position as a lab-assistant for Osservatoria Primaria. She focuses on studying and managing servants and/or their Saint Graphs.
Education
Rena was taught Summoner magic by her great grandmother, Rohita Taisho. This was different to the latter's higher education at Hybrida-Magica. Despite the differences, Rena has been able to learn a strong amount of magic within the course of 9 years.
Employment
From the year 640 to 641, Rena became a Defender of Gaia-Stella. She had participated in two major missions. She used her skills of a Battle Mage Summoner to aid her summoned servants in battle. She had proved surprisingly resilient.
Since her completion of the second mission, she has retired from being a Defender and became a lab assistant for the observatory. Her intelligence had proven quite useful.
