Protected on either side by high cliff faces and the seas, Balik Fortress guards the only passageway between the continent and Balik peninsula. Invaders must travel through an exposed narrow causeway through thick swamp wetlands to attack, which combined with the constant magic-dampening field of the region, allows its denizens to repel any siege.
The main building is split into eighths where each organization maintains controls of its share. At the very top is an octagonal table where the Eight Arms meet to make decisions.
