"Today is a gift, also known as the present. What is the past, but a collection of gifts?"The Archivist is a warforged that was built in an era long passed. It is one of the oldest beings in Tyras, and claims it was built even before the founding of Obsidia. Despite its age, The Archivist has a child-like curiosity as it continues working on preserving knowledge and history as it has done for thousands of years, often retelling historical events with extra flare for dramatic effect. The Librarians preserve all types of knowledge and artifacts- it is the policy of the guild to not consider political ramifications or public sentiments when choosing what to archive. It is up to the researcher of the archive to interpret the objectivity contained within.
