In the central and largest gear, Bushan Ring, lies the beating heart of Ilyena's Cities. This sprawling metropolis is home to the majority of the local population, and it is here that one can find the bustling marketplaces, towering airships, and grand institutions of learning that define the Rings of Ilyena. The gear has been partially terraformed, with vast stretches of agriculture and waterways intermingled with the mechanical ground. The area is filled with major air and water shipping ports, as well as a variety of portals to connect with customers across Tyras. The various bureaucrats run the city like a well oiled machine. Its multicultural demographics are a close second to that of The Voladrian League.
