Little is known about the mad peoples that have been lost to The Ice Mirror, other than that a large population of them have congregated at Nayaena. When encountered they are usually nonsensical or openly hostile. A few mad ones were captured during an expedition and were institutionalized at the asylum on the Rings of Ilyena. These individuals have not been cured and are considered a danger to society.
