Eno
The neon city! Widely known for their unique lights and vibrant culture, despite constantly being covered in fog, The neon lights to bright up the island, especially at night, can do more than just be a light, they affect nerves and mental activity in an effort to make the city safer.
It is far from uncommon for mass celebrations to be held in the streets, often including life landmarks like marriages, coming-of-age ceremonies, and celebration of life festivals. With these celebrations come colored fires, various magical entertainment, long hours of the night, and excessive use of a pigmented powder, sometimes used to make specific markings and others are just incoherent messes, as a way of coping and coming to terms with one's current stage in life.
The people of Eno are known to be optimists, especially in times of great stress, they would rather enjoy life in the moment then let a useless mechanism such as fear and anxiety drag them down.

Demographics
Around a third, 32%, of the city's population work for the city, these jobs include mechanics, building cleaning and repairs, transportation and medical services, as well as guards and governmental officials. ~17% are school related, between teaching, janitorial jobs, officials, and students. 6% of the population run their own businesses, including restaurants, furniture, even organizations, and many more. Only 2% run and operate nonprofit organizations full time, compared to the whopping 36% in and related to the fishing industry, which is an important source of income and trade. The remain ~6% work in construction related jobs, including building repairs, decorations, building more skyscrapers and taking down old buildings.
The middle class dominates the city with roughly 60% of the population in the grey area; a close 28% are classfied as lower class and the last 12% are high class including the Empress/Emperor their family.
Government
The city is the center of a federal monarchy, where the high monarch reigns supreme, and in this city no lower monarch has power. Because of this many rules and regulations are overseen by the Empress Celene and her advisors. For the most part citizens are granted absolute rights that cannot be removed, with few exceptions under extreme conditions, (take in criminals, inside agents, corrupted officials, etc. etc.)
Taxation is based on the needs of the federal monarchy and only affect the regions under the rule of monarchs who agree to a bill. Cause with the high monarchy there are also lower monarchies of small regions outside of Eno. But within Eno itself taxation is based on city regions and wealth classes.
Defences
While Eno is not worried about an incoming attack from outside forces, they are still cautious and make sure to do annual check-ups in the case that something does happen to them.
Among this includes regularly repairing and inspecting stock-piles around the city for weapons, rations, strategies, and bunkers for citizens. Drill training for guards and soldiers, including hand to hand combat, weapon-based combat, improvising, and uses for everyday material in stressful situations. Many skyscrapers in the city also serve as defense towers in not only the emergence of an attack, but also natural disasters.
Infrastructure
Many of the inventions on all of Auferetu were made in Eno specifically, a great example of this is the broad use of neon lights to fight the darkness of fog as well as alter negative factors in city life.An exerpt from the Auferetu page speaking about this very topic; A special kind of soft pink light was discovered as a way to combat not only the dense fog that envelopes the island most of the day, and well into the night, but to also help lower the rates of disease and death. This light became very popular in the island, and with it came similar lights of different colors, each one holds a different effect; pink eradicates damaged and infected cells and bacteria, blue implemented relaxers to reduce anxiety and other negative emotions, a soft yellow lightens the mood of anyone nearby, and other colors are still being researched for their effects.
Assets
Many stores and sellers carry magic equipment such as; various mystic gems and crystals, magic enhancers, crystal balls, attire is woven with charmed/cursed thread, a variety of weapons primarily being knives, or even potions and grimoires.
There are also plenty of places selling different kinds of lights and glow in the dark merch, the most common being a bioluminescent powder in many different colors used in festivals/holidays/celebrations.
