The water Touched Rivell pirate admiral that plagued The Empire of Akoom ships around the end of the first century and the early 2nd-century blood. Though considered beautiful, no man dared express interest for fear of no longer being counted as a man.
History
Though little is known about her early life, it is known that Smallhands was born in Rivell as Eliza Desjean as a Human. She became water-touched in her early teens and was part of a pirate crew by seventeen. The first time she properly shows up in records is in the aftermath of an Empire raid on Sardia in 65 Blood, where her name shows up on the arrested list. After two years in prison, she escaped with several others, stealing a Drakon class warship. Using this as a base, she also took a Serpent Class which was used for light raids. Rumors say she found a shallow cave around Lacertillia as a base while others claim she had several Drakon warships that made up her home base. What is known is that throughout the last three decades of the first century of the blood age, she harried empire trade and supply ships, trying to weaken the paladins at every chance. In 102 Blood her fleet came across a beached cargo ship and an abandoned camp on the south coast of the Mire of Lostsouls. Deciding that this was far enough out the way to become a base she built a small port and quarters for her men, forming the base of what would become Voidcape. From this secluded location, she performed more daring raids, hitting paladin troops and supply transports. In the second half of the thirteenth decade of the blood age, with the rise of the Demon Prophet's tyranny, Smallhands would increase her raids and incite instability at every turn. She would die just over a year before her efforts bore fruit, with these raids being a primary reason for the weakened paladin presence in Rivell.
