(a.k.a. Minnie)
Minerva Felix is perhaps the most famous female witch in United Britannia and Hibernia. Her legacy inspires female witches and also those who wish to help outcasts (and outcasts themselves). She was also the first female Council Minister.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Minerva was known for her beauty; she was a lovely woman and often received compliments for her looks.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Minerva Felix was born to a middle-class family in Ilyrium. As common in her time, she was considered to be of a lower-class than men, but as soon as she started the Academy, it became obvious that she was special. Born with Elemental Magic, she excelled in her studies and set her sights on becoming a member of the Council, which she did shortly after she graduated from the Athenaeum. After serving as an advocate and Minister for many years, Minerva retired at age 89 and died at age 90.
Education
Like all witches of United Britannia and Hibernia, Minerva was educated at the Academy and Institute. She then went on to the Athenaeum and pursued a career as a Council member.

Accomplishments & Achievements
Minerva is famous for all that she accomplished in her ninety years. First, she was the first Level Two female witch in four centuries. Second, as mentioned, she fought for all she perceived as outcasts. More specifically, she fought for the right of witches to have lawyers during court cases (a right witches of United Britannia and Hibernia do not currently have). She also pioneered a program where Nullis are integrated more fully into witch society than they are today. Of those deemed without magic at their Arbitrium, 60% were able to learn magic under Felix's program. (This program was disbanded after her death.)
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Minerva's dream was always to help outcasts; she felt that outcasts should no longer be ostracized, or in some cases, executed. She also fought for legal rights, such as the right to a lawyer during trial.
Social
Religious Views
Minerva was an ardent follower of Pantheonism, especially Roman Pantheonism.
Social Aptitude
Minerva was incredibly charismatic; she could charm the entire room. Because of this, in addition to her unwavering confidence, she was a force to be reckoned with and few dared to cross her, with good reason.
