After bussiness hours, a pair of Barfura agents were seen entering a shopping center in Naneung. Shortly after, a pet shop within the shopping center caught fire. In a surprising turn of events, an anonymus source leaked footage of two Barfura agents killing a young woman who was held in captivity at the UN SMB. The footage seems to have been taken by one of the perpetrators. While the other agent was disquised, the footage reveals that they used Barfura equipment, which hints at their occupation. The murdered woman was identified as Aurora Grant, a petty criminal who turned herself in at the SMB a day earlier. No official response have been issued by the UN chief of security at the SMB and the representative of Barfura in the Kapteyn system denied all allegations that rogue Barfura agents would commit such a crime. Many sources found connections between this act and the terrorist activity soon after, claiming that both were committed by the same people.
During the 4th of January, the currently ruling king of the United Kingdom took a vow to personally oversee the restoration of order in the Kapteyn system.
